Whether you are a beginner or an intermediate, Spruce Grove, Alberta and area offers a variety of options.
If new to this activity, basic skills will be taught to help you get started. It's always nice to end your adventure with a cup of hot chocolate or tea.

gear & hydration
Individuals must ensure proper clothing for any weather conditions. Proper clothing includes winter or hiking boots and appropriate winters layers.
The weather in Alberta can change hourly so being prepared for warm or cold conditions is important.
